General Terms & Conditions:
1.RESERVATION The form available at our website is not a booking form, but a contact form. The tour is only booked if is confirmed by Prime Tours by e-mail or phone and a reference number is sent/given. The easiest way to book a tour or an airport pick up is to send us an email including following details: your name, landing time & date, your flight number, number of passengers – when booking an airport pick up or date, type of a tour, number of participants, pick up address – when booking a tour. Within 24 hours we will contact you back confirming your reservation. If you wish to pay in advance – we accept major credit or debit cards as well as paypal transfers. The Tour or private transfer. All tours start at the time/date/ and address arranged and confirmed when making a tour/transfer reservation.
2.PAYMENTS We accept three major methods of payment for our tours and transfers: – by cash directly to our driver or a tour guide – paypal transfers (for registered paypal users) – credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB, Polcard)
3.QUICK BOOKING Once your payment has gone through – your airport transfer or tour is booked. QUICK BOOKING – payments for an airport transfer: All online payments for airport transfers (QUICK BOOKING)should be made no later than 18 hours before the scheduled landing time or hotel collection time. However in some cases, it is possibile to make a last minute payment. Please contact us to obtain instruction for last minute online payments and to check the availability of the transfer. All payments for airport transfers must contain the landing date and time, flight number and pasengers name. QUICK BOOKING – payments for tours: All online payments for tours (QUICK BOOKING)should be made no later than 48 hours before you wish your tour to start. However in some cases, it is possibile to make a last minute payment. Please contact us to obtain instruction for last minute online payments and to check the availability of the tour. All payments for tours must contain your name, type of tour, time and date of the tour, pick up address. All of our regular tours start between 8.45 am – 9.15 am – depending your required pick up point. All private tours times are to be arranged individually. If you need to make a paypal transfer for the amount that is not specified at our website menu – please contact us via e-mail, so we can send you a payment request for the appriopriate amount.
4.REFUND POLICY The payment can be refunded only if you informed us about cancellation of a tour/transfer at least two full working days prior to the tour or the transfer is due to start. In such case you must send us an e-mail including your name, bank/society name, your account details you want us to transfer the refund into. All payment refunds are subject to 20% administration charge.
