This tour is devoted to two very significant sites related to the tragic history of the Second World War in one day.

You will start the tour with visiting the former Oscar Schindler’s Enamel Factory. The museum established in 2010 in the original Factory’s administrative building is devoted to the history of the WW II in Krakow. The unforgettable and touching multimedia exhibition entitled ‘Krakow under Nazi Occupation 1939-1945’ presents the wartime history in a very modern and accessible way. According to thousands of visitors this museum is definitely one of the best they have ever seen. Although you will not find too much information about the Oscar Schindler’s Factory from its working days, this is one of the most interesting and most often visited sites in Poland.

Visit to the former Schindler’s Factory Museum is a very good introduction to the second part of this tour at the same time – Auschwitz-Birkenau. By taking this combined whole day tour you will learn a lot about this tragic time in the world’s history.

Entrance tickets to the Schindler’s Factory must be pre-booked (due to daily limits) and we will do it for you. Our driver will take you through the ticket gate so you can enter the site without any hassle. You're going visit the site by yourselves which is very easy thanks to interactive expositions. The visit usually takes 1.5 – 2 hours, but many people require some more time to explore the site.

After visiting Schindler’s Factory our driver will take you to Auschwitz-Birkenau. A guided tour in English in Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum is included in the total price. Our English speaking driver will take a very good care of you for all the time during the tour. You will arrive about half hour before your tour, as there’s about 20-25 minute time required for the security check. This applies to all types of Auschwitz tours. A driver will stay with you until you meet your local guide at the Museum and join your tour. After about two hours guided tour at Auschwitz I and a short break you will be taken to Auschwitz II-Birkenau where you will continue your guided visit for about an hour.

Alternatively, if you wish, you can visit the Factory with our English speaking licensed guide. The great advantage of this option is the fact that our experienced and informative guide will show you not only the Schindler’s Museum itself but the Old Jewish District and the site of the former Jewish Ghetto from WW II as well.
Our driver and guide will pick you up from your hotel and during about 45 minutes drive on the way to the Schindler's Museum you will see all the sites mentioned above. Our guide will give you an excellent introduction to the rest of this ‘WW II Tour’ providing the perfect background information. You will be introduced to that very complicated, tragic and important part of the history. The guide will give you professional information and answer your questions. This will let you learn definitely more about WW II as well as history of Poles and Jews under German Nazi occupation.
